“I will never get coffee from anywhere but Randa 💜 “Running a cafe is an incredibly hard thing to do especially in these unprecedented times. I have worked in hospitality and in cafes/restaurants for over 5 years now so I know how hard it can be when people feel entitled to special treatment and feel they have nothing better to do than negatively write reviews not even explaining in a kind manner that they had a unpleasant experience here. I believe whether the review is positive or negative, it should be explained exactly what the problem was instead of being rude just to make a point. Randa (the lady behind the counter) has on countless occasions been the reason that my day has gone from bad to good. She’s shows up everyday and serves the community with respect and courtesy and I don’t think we can really ask for anything else. Sorry for the long response. I wanted to shine a bit of a light on this business as it has remained loyal to the community and to its customers for many years now and I have never had a negative experience he here.
